The core of each TTT™-solution is a qualified production process which has been developed and optimized by TTT™-partners. In general this process may be licensed free of charge.

With RFID product manufacturing there are basically 4 steps:

1. The antenna production process in order to manufacture the antenna web

2. The chip assembly process, where RFID inlays are manufactured by assembling chips onto the antenna
3. The converting process which con-verts RFID inlays into final transponder products, such as RFID tickets, RFID labels, RFID baggage tags and others
4. Finally the personalization process which creates identity for the transponder products
